My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms, although a bit smaller, were clean and provided a warm escape during a cold spell. The service was a bit strict with room guarantees but helpful with local directions and WiFi. The location was convenient near attractions and dining options but could get crowded. The dining experience was impressive with lots of hot food choices included in the stay.

The hotel had fairly updated rooms with a decent flatscreen TV and other features. The staff was great and very nice, which made my stay enjoyable. However, there was an air leak around the heater which made our room cold even with the heat set at 75.

The dining experience was great with wonderful choices and fresh options, and the breakfast was awesome.
